Working across senior stakeholders, you''ll turn ambitious plans into practical workforce solutions, ensuring we''re ready not just for day one of a contract, but for years beyond. Working collaboratively with experienced People Partners, we''re looking for someone who thrives in complex project environments, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity and can think several steps ahead. Alongside the People Partners, you''ll be assessing workforce implications before contracts are won, building mobilisation plans when they are secured, and helping the organisation anticipate what happens when programmes evolve, expand or end in three to four years'' time.
