Job responsibilities The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of major planning applications. This will include a mix of residential developments (including large-scale and strategic schemes), commercial proposals, and energy-related projects. While the role does not include formal line management responsibility, the postholder will provide mentoring support to a Planner/Senior Planner. They will also hold delegated authority to determine applications where they are acting as the supervising officer for the case officer they are mentoring.
