Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and standards. Coordinate with various stakeholders including council members and developers. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Prepare reports and presentations for council meetings. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress. Person Specifications Must Have Eligibility to work in the UK. Previous experience in managing large-scale development projects. Strong knowledge of planning regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Two written references from past employers. Nice to Have Experience working with local government or councils. Additional certifications in project management.
