Improvement Engineer (Monday - Friday Days)

Location: Cambridgeshire (commutable from March, Wisbech, Chatteris, Ely, Peterborough and Huntingdon) Salary: c.-50,000

Looking to come off shift work? This could be the perfect move. We''re recruiting an Improvement Engineer for a manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire, working Monday to Friday days only.

The Role

Lead continuous improvement projects to boost machine reliability and reduce downtime
Analyse breakdown and performance data to identify root causes and long-term fixes
Work alongside maintenance and production teams to implement engineering improvements
Support and coach the maintenance team on best practice
Get involved in capital projects and equipment upgrades

What We''re Looking For

Engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, degree, or equivalent) with a multi-skilled maintenance background
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
A proactive, analytical mindset with a track record of driving improvement
Strong communication skills to influence at all levels
Looking for a move away from shift work into a Monday - Friday role
