Maintenance/Handyman North London £34,000 + Benefits Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Looking for a role where no two days are quite the same? We''re recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join a brand-new residential development in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practical, hands-on maintenance or handyman professional to join the site at an exciting stage and play a key role in keeping the development running smoothly as it grows. What will you be doing? A real mix of hands-on maintenance and day-to-day site support, including: General handyman and minor repairs Painting, decorating and touch-ups Minor plastering, drilling and repairs Communal area upkeep and bulk waste Routine building and maintenance checks Supporting contractors on site Recording maintenance and compliance checks Responding to resident queries This is not a specialist trade role. You don''t need to be a qualified electrician or plumber. We''re looking for someone who is genuinely practical, can turn their hand to a range of jobs and takes pride in getting things done properly. What we''re looking for You''ll ideally have experience in maintenance, facilities, handyman work, property, construction or a similar practical environment.
