We''re recruiting for an experienced Maintenance / Engineering Planner to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Ayrshire on a permanent, fully onsite basis.

This is a key role within the engineering function, responsible for planning and scheduling all planned preventive and reactive maintenance activity across the site. You''ll be central to improving asset reliability, reducing downtime and driving a proactive maintenance culture.

What you''ll be doing:

• Planning and scheduling all PPM activity and reactive work orders
• Managing and maintaining the CMMS, ensuring accurate and up to date records
• Liaising with engineering, operations and production to minimise downtime impact
• Monitoring KPIs including asset availability, MTBF and schedule compliance
• Managing spare parts requirements and coordinating with procurement
• Supporting continuous improvement activity across the maintenance function

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience in a maintenance planning role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong working knowledge of a CMMS platform (SAP PM, Maximo or similar)
• Solid understanding of PPM principles and reliability best practice
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
• HNC / HND or degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
