You will oversee and deliver Motor Maintenance or Construction Qualifications to our students and support our pupils to achieve these qualifications whilst having due regard and maintenance of health and safety with in the work space.The post holder will ensure the maintenance area is set and managed effectively, ensuring that all relevant safety documentation (COSHH) and risk assessments are kept up to date as well as making sure that all tools are stored and used safely in line with health and safety measure.To support our students you need to develop and maintain a positive relationship across the College, who have a variety of complex social, emotional and mental health needs including Autism to access and achieve in education across a range of academic, vocational and recreational activities.
