You''ll play a key part in ensuring residents have a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment throughout the summer period.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the property is well presented, clean, and fully functional at all timesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with service standardsComplete basic repairs, maintenance, and minor redecorationSupport and liaise with external contractors when requiredMaintain communal areas, including regular cleaning and upkeepManage waste areas, ensuring bin stores are tidy and rotated properlyConduct routine health and safety checks, including fire safety and risk assessmentsAssist with legionella testing and compliance tasksHelp create and maintain a safe and secure environment for residentsAbout YouPrevious experience in maintenance, facilities, or security is desirableA proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage ..... full job details .....
