Responsibilities will be diverse and responsive, with no two days being the same. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can address a wide range of maintenance needs. Responsibilities General Site Maintenance: You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of hands-on maintenance tasks throughout the site. This includes but is not limited to: Performing minor repairs on building structures, including walls, doors, and windows. Conducting routine checks and light maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems. Installing and mounting various fixtures and equipment Responding promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
