Key Responsibilities Ensure that all PPM activities are carried out and recorded in line with company procedures that are currently in place. Keep and maintain all maintenance records for the site ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed and filed with attention to detail. Take a positive approach to issues that may occur on the plant and detail this to the Maintenance Manager, so that plans can be made in advance of a planned shut-down to remedy the problem. Have a proactive approach in identifying problems that may occur and propose solutions to rectify these issues before they affect the running of the process and site. Identify defects on all aspects of the plant and site and report on a daily basis to the Maintenance Manager. Inform the Shift Manager of any breach of health and safety around the plant and make safe again if possible. Ensure that all maintenance spares are replenished before stock runs out; this can be done by informing the Maintenance Admin that these items need re-ordering.
