You''ll lead a maintenance team, overseeing day-to-day maintenance and ensuring high standards are maintained across a busy multi-site portfolio. What you''ll do: Lead and manage a team of 5-6 Maintenance Technicians across a multi-site London portfolio. Remain hands-on around 60% of the time, supporting the team with day-to-day maintenance tasks. Carry out general handyman and fabric maintenance including minor plumbing, minor electrical works, painting, decorating and moving furniture. Travel between multiple London sites throughout the day, with the team responsible for around 15 buildings. Manage incoming maintenance requests through a ticketing system and ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Identify when works need specialist support and coordinate with external contractors where required. Manage team performance, onboarding, development and day-to-day people matters.
