As a key member of our Engineering Maintenance team, you''ll play a vital role in keeping sophisticated production systems operating at peak performance. You''ll work with advanced automation and manufacturing technologies, helping to drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement across a fast-paced production environment.

No two days are the same. From fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance to supporting automation projects and process improvements, you''ll be at the heart of a highly skilled operation delivering industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimise downtime across production operations.
• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Support safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced automated systems, including:
  • Industrial robots
  • Automated welding and joining equipment
  • Conveyor systems
  • Complex tooling and fixtures
  • Lifting and handling equipment
• Contribute to continuous improvement, equipment upgrades and automation projects.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture.

We''re looking for individuals who combine technical expertise with a proactive, positive approach and a genuine passion for engineering.

Essential Requirements

• A recognised engineering qualification such as:
  • Advanced Apprenticeship
  • NVQ Level 3
  • City & Guilds
  • BTEC Level 3
  • National Diploma
  • Equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Maintenance Engineering
• Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing, production, automation or industrial environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-moving operational environment.
