Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across residential properties. Undertake general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, decorating, and building fabric maintenance. Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner. Perform weekly, monthly, and annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks.
