Maintenance Technician Job Location: Coventry, West Midlands Job Type: Permanent Salary: £43,842.90 - £45,333.04 per annum + afternoon shift allowance of 14% Hours: 5-week rotating shift pattern; 2 weeks on Early shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm 1 week on Afternoon shift: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm 2 weeks on Day shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3.30pm Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in aerospace, automotive or manufacturing? As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machinery, plant and production equipment, ensuring assets remain safe, reliable and capable of performing to the required standards. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out corrective repairs to CNC machines, plant and equipment. Undertaking planned preventative and corrective maintenance. Supporting equipment shutdowns and returning machinery to full operational condition. Using appropriate diagnostic and predictive maintenance techniques.
