Day-to-day of the role: Work as a member of the maintenance team to provide planned and reactive building and engineering maintenance services to agreed standards. Schedule and plan your own daily work schedule in liaison with the Operations Supervisor to meet agreed service levels and customer requirements, assessing jobs, establishing and specifying materials/parts needs, and liaising with building users/customers as necessary.
