Location: East London Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08.30am-4.30pm Salary: -35,000 per annum To prioritise and manage all work orders and the allocation of maintenance tasks to ensure these are closed off in a timely manner. To be responsible for the planning of all the statutory and routine maintenance in accordance with the Property Service Level Agreement (SLA). To respond to reactive maintenance in accordance with the SLA and to keep students and customers aware and informed of the status of repairs.
