Maintenance Technician

Following a major investment in state of the art technology, we are looking for a mechanically biased Maintenance Technician to join our established team of maintenance professionals.

Our highly facility features advanced production systems and we are looking for an engineer with strong mechanical maintenance experience, including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and fabrication skills. An understanding of electrical systems would also be advantageous.

Duties of an Maintenance Technician-

As a proven Maintenance Technician, you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting a wide range of plant and equipment.

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician

• Recognised Apprenticeship-
• Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)-
• Strong mechanical maintenance skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics-
• Competent welding and fabrication experience-
• A basic understanding of electrical systems-
• Previous experience maintaining plant and equipment within a high-volume manufacturing or production environment-

Location

The role is commutable from Alcester, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Redditch, Studley & Worcester-
