The role requires effective workload management, communication with customers, and collaboration with internal teams to support a 24-hour repair turnaround commitment. Key Responsibilities Technical Assess, repair, and provide quotations for dental handpieces. Ensure all repairs meet required quality standards. Maintain accurate job sheets and documentation. Develop a thorough working knowledge of dental handpieces and their uses. Monitor and follow up on outstanding work. Customer Service Communicate with customers regarding repair progress, costs, and queries. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including logistics, sales, OEMs, and key accounts.
