This role is ideal for someone with strong practical ability, a reliable work ethic, and confidence completing general building maintenance. Key Responsibilities General maintenance - Carry out routine upkeep and basic repair work across the building. Basic repairs - Replace light fittings, change taps, and complete minor plumbing tasks. Site cleanliness -Ensure all work areas remain clean, tidy, and safe. Manual handling - Assist with moving furniture and materials, including chairs, mattresses, and sofas, working alongside the onsite MT.
