About the Role:

• You''ll be responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely, reliably and efficiently through planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and reactive repairs.
• Working across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems,
• You''ll troubleshoot issues, minimise downtime and help identify long-term improvements to increase equipment reliability and performance.
• You''ll also maintain accurate maintenance records, support continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with production teams to ensure operational targets are achieved.-

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting industrial or production equipment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with a working understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and respond effectively to breakdown situations
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion

Desirable:

• CNC milling and/or lathe machining experience
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques
