Maintenance Technician£38,000 - £42,000 Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Kingswinford If you''re the type of Maintenance Technician who enjoys diagnosing faults, preventing breakdowns and improving equipment performance, this is an opportunity to play a key role in a busy manufacturing operation. About the Role: You''ll be responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely, reliably and efficiently through planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and reactive repairs. Working across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, You''ll troubleshoot issues, minimise downtime and help identify long-term improvements to increase equipment reliability and performance. You''ll also maintain accurate maintenance records, support continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with production teams to ensure operational targets are achieved. Your Skills and Experience: Experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting industrial or production equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with a working understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to prioritise workloads and respond effectively to breakdown situations Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexibility to work overtime when required Willingness to travel internationally on occasion Desirable: CNC milling and/or lathe machining experience Manufacturing or production environment experience Knowledge of lean ..... full job details .....
