Maintenance Technician

Location: Reading

Salary: Up to £42,000
Monday to Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm

We''re recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable, Monday-Friday role with no weekend work.

NVQ Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
Electrical bias preferred, but strong multi-skilled engineers will also be considered
Experience working with production machinery, manufacturing equipment, automated systems, or industrial plant machinery
Backgrounds considered include manufacturing, production, FMCG, packaging, service engineering, maintenance engineering, and machinery installation/service

• Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical systems
• Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
• Continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently

£42,000 salary
Monday-Friday shift pattern (5am-2pm)
