This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background who is comfortable working within a multi-skilled maintenance environment.The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and reliable operation of plant and equipment across the site. The role will have a strong mechanical focus while also involving some electrical maintenance and fault finding. Your responsibilities will include: - Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance across plant and machinery - Responding to breakdowns and completing reactive maintenance - Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs - Repairing and replacing defective components - Maintaining equipment including motors, valves and associated machinery - Installing new machinery and equipment when required - Monitoring machinery to ensure equipment is operating correctly - Carrying out welding and fabrication repairs where required - Reading and interpreting schematics to assist with fault ..... full job details .....
