This role will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and performance of plant machinery, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across operations. You will work closely with production and maintenance teams to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and support preventative maintenance activities across the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and fault finding across plant equipment Diagnose breakdowns and respond quickly to minimise downtime Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules Conduct inspections and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth plant operation Participate in on-call rota and respond within 1 hour when required About You Minimum 3 years'' experience in an industrial or heavy industrial environ...
