Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Maintenance Technician to join a well-established business based in the outskirts of Woodbridge, Suffolk.

You will be conducting routine inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance issues. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. On offer is a starting salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum.

Key Duties:

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building's interior and exterior areas
• Handle basic plumbing and carpentry repairs as needed
• Assist with groundskeeping and landscape maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain and repair hardscape features such as walkways, fences, and gates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and equipment commonly used in maintenance work
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and carpentry repairs would be beneficial
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
