Working hours are Monday Friday, 8am 4pm. On offer is a starting salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum.Key Duties:Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building''s interior and exterior areasHandle basic plumbing and carpentry repairs as neededAssist with groundskeeping and landscape maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming hedgesOperate hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain and repair hardscape features such as walkways, fences, and gatesRequirements:Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferredFamiliar with hand tools, power tools, and equipment commonly used in maintenance workKnowledge of basic plumbing and carpentry repairs would be beneficialImmediately available or available ..... full job details .....
