Maintenance Technician Spider is advertising on behalf of Garden Annexes by GX Modular, who, due to overall company growth are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician Domestic Annexe Installations Nationwide to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position based from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with nationwide travel to domestic customer properties and an immediate start available. About the role: As the face of the maintenance team, you will visit existing annexe clients to assess and resolve snagging issues and faults across their properties. This is a hands-on, multi-trade role where you will use your 1st and 2nd fix carpentry skills, alongside smaller remedial plumbing and electrical tasks. You will travel to domestic customer homes, fault-find and complete remedial work across annexe interiors, including kitchens, bathrooms, doors, panels and other fixtures.
