Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise production downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults. Fault-find electrical control systems and PLC-controlled equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance and breakdown records. Work closely with production and setting teams to improve machine availability and performance. Support continuous-improvement activities, including 5S, Lean and TPM.
