Maintenance Technician FRA Carpenter Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 40 hours per week Salary: £41,207 per annum + £4,000 marketplace supplement following successful completion of a 3-month probation period Vehicle: Company van provided for business use only Grade: DM Tech 05 Reporting Office: Sidcup, South East London office attendance approximately twice per month Working Location: London and surrounding areas, with travel across multiple locations Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Closing Date: 21 August 2026 at 11:00pm Interview Dates: 1 3 September 2026 face-to-face interview and practical assessment About the Role We are looking for an experienced FRA Carpenter / Passive Fire Protection Carpenter to join a busy Fire Management Repairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter with experience in fire doors and passive fire protection to play an important role in maintaining safe homes and communal areas. You will carry out fire safety repairs and maintenance identified through internal and external Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role is mobile and field based, with your working day generally starting from your home address. You may be required to work across London and the surrounding areas.
