The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks, helping to ensure the care home is safe, well maintained and comfortable for residents, visitors and staff. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance, repairs and basic property upkeep. Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Support the upkeep of communal areas, bedrooms, facilities and external areas. Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
