Maintenance Technician, up to £46,000, Coventry You''ll work a rotating shift pattern covering mornings (6am to 2pm), days(8am to 4pm) and afternoons (2pm to 10pm), with a shift allowance paid on top of salary for afternoon shifts. Salary starts at £43,842.90 while training and rises to £45,333.04 once fully qualified, plus a shift allowance for the afternoon shift, taking total earnings to around £46,000. This is a hands-on maintenance role covering CNC machines, plant and equipment. You''ll carry out corrective repairs, planned preventive maintenance, and support installation and refurbishment of equipment to keep production running at the standard this environment demands.
