This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional looking for long-term career stability within a complex and varied building services environment. Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a diverse estate, ensuring critical electrical infrastructure remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical plant, equipment and systems. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to minimise downtime and service disruption. Complete maintenance activities in line with statutory regulations and industry best practice. Update maintenance records and job reports using CAFM systems. Support project works, equipment replacements and infrastructure upgrades. Assist with the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
