This is a hands-on mechanical maintenance position working across a large industrial site, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of process plant and equipment. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, vessels, heat exchangers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and pipework. Duties will include mechanical assembly, pipe preparation, valve repair and pressure testing, as well as basic electrical work involving motors and starter circuits. You will also be responsible for completing maintenance records through the site''s CMMS system, carrying out routine plant inspections and assisting with fault finding and root cause analysis.
