A bit about the role These exciting posts allow us to provide our tenants with a great customer experience. As Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside our Response Assets team by carrying our minor repairs to assist us in providing great homes for our tenants. Duties will include joinery, basic plumbing, tiling, groundwork, and basic DIY repairs/tasks. A bit about you You will need a minimum of three years recent experience in a similar trade role such as carpentry or joinery, knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and good practice in relation to handyperson/building maintenance duties and a wide understanding of the building industry including knowledge of materials, trades and methods. ..... full job details .....
