Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Port Clarence Salary: £35,000-40,000 per annum dependant on experience + benefits Shift: Day shift (There will be opportunity for occasional overtime) About Us:At Calor, we believe that our people are the key to our success. We''re now expanding our Operations team and are looking for an ambitious Maintenance Technician to join our site in Port Clarence. The Role:As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Port Clarence site. You will focus on both routine preventative maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns, keeping our machinery running efficiently. Your skills will be critical in maintaining, fabricating, fitting and modifying plant equipment while ensuring safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment breakdowns swiftly and effectively. Perform planned maintenance tasks to optimise equipment performance. Install and modify mechanical equipment in line with Calor specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proactively report hazards. Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork promptly. Be flexible in supporting shift coverage and responding to urgent maintenance needs.
