This is a hands-on role focused on preparing accommodation for the new academic year, ensuring rooms and communal areas are maintained to a high standard for incoming students and summer guests. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the site Assist with room refreshes and preparation for new residents Support move-in activities, including occasional heavy lifting Complete basic plumbing, painting and decorating tasks Undertake paint work, mastic work and replacements Perform routine safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Technician team and wider site staff Help deliver a positive experience for residents and guests About You Previous experience in residential maintenance, facilities, property maintenance or a trade such as plumbing or carpentry Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail Positive attitude and strong team-working skills ..... full job details .....
