The role begins on a contract basis, with the potential to progress to a permanent position after a minimum of 6 months.The RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you will provide essential engineering maintenance support to maximise uptime and efficiency across advanced manufacturing systems, including robotics, welding, conveyors, and tooling. Key duties include: Preventive and corrective maintenance on plant and equipmentRapid fault diagnosis and root cause analysisSupporting continuous improvement, Kaizen, 5S and lean activitiesMaintaining compliance with PUWER and safety standardsDelivering technical expertise to problem-solving initiatives What We re Looking For Time-served apprenticeship with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering MaintenanceStrong electrical and mechanical maintenance backgroundProven experience in fault-finding, repair, and preventive maintenanceAbility to interpret technical drawings and schematicsProactive, flexible and able to work rotating shifts Desirable experience: Robotics (ABB), PLCs (Allen-Bradley), automation, conveyors, welding systems, CMMS platforms, and lean methodologies (TPM, Kaizen, PPS).Take pride in joining a highly skilled ..... full job details .....
