The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in maintaining manufacturing assets, improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the facility. The facility is a precision machining and assembly site, you will be working with CNC machines, PLCs, and a combination of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical components.Role and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and maintenance techniquesSupport equipment reliability improvements through planned maintenance activitiesIdentify and eliminate root causes of unplanned downtimeComplete planned and reactive maintenance activities to a high standardSupport continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce wasteShare technical knowledge and information with colleagues across the businessAssist with identifying common equipment faults and implementing corrective actionsContribute to improving maintenance systems, procedures, and work standardsDesign and implement minor equipment improvements where requiredSupport Health and Safety standards within the manufacturing environmentWork ..... full job details .....
