Maintenance EngineerCompany OverviewOur client is a leading manufacturer operating within a fast-paced industrial environment, supplying engineered solutions to a range of specialist sectors.Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will support manufacturing operations by improving the efficiency and reliability of production equipment through proactive planned maintenance and reactive breakdown support.The role involves maintaining mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems while ensuring minimal downtime and high safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesRespond to equipment breakdowns and machine failuresDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic and pneumatic faultsSupport TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activitiesEnsure calibration and maintenance schedules are completedMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and recordsDevelop maintenance work instructions and troubleshooting guidesWork closely with production and engineering teamsCoordinate external suppliers and contractors where requiredEnsure all work complies with health and safety proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsSkills and Experience RequiredEssentialMaintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or productionStrong fault-finding abilityMechanical and electrical maintenance knowledgeExperience with pneumatics and production machineryAbility to prioritise urgent repairsGood ..... full job details .....
