The role is based in Salford, Manchester.About the RoleWorking closely with the Service Manager and wider community team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of a modern residential development. Your work will directly support resident satisfaction and the overall safety, presentation, and smooth running of the community.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and complete reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving resident issues efficientlyCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maintain accurate recordsLiaise with external contractors to coordinate repairsSupport re-let preparations including painting, regrouting and general maintenanceMaintain communal areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and high presentation standardsFollow all safety protocols, including fire safety proceduresConduct daily building walks and maintain shared spaces such as corridors, lifts, car parks, lounges, and courtyardsCollaborate with the Service Manager and team on all maintenance and presentation requirementsWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in practical ..... full job details .....
