Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor Salary: £44,000 to £48,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career growth opportunitiesHours: Days - Monday to Friday (8am - 4.30pm)Location: Commutable from Spennymoor, Durham, Darlington, Staindrop, Sedgefield, Bishop Auckland and surrounding areasWe are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor to work within a fast-paced factory environment. This is hands on role, with a rough split of 60 - 70% hands on and 40 - 30% management. Your role is to support, complete and coordinate all maintenance activities in the factory including repairs are completed quickly and efficiently, proactive maintenance is being carried out, and various projects.
