Maintenance Team Leader

Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor Salary: £44,000 to £48,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career growth opportunities Hours: Days - Monday to Friday (8am - 4.30pm) Location: Commutable from Spennymoor, Durham, Darlington, Staindrop, Sedgefield, Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor to work within a fast-paced factory environment. This is hands on role, with a rough split of 60 - 70% hands on and 40 - 30% management. Your role is to support, complete and coordinate all maintenance activities in the factory including repairs are completed quickly and efficiently, proactive maintenance is being carried out, and various projects. Coordinate and champion the Planned Preventive Maintenance system. Coordinate various projects and contractors, as and when required. Help support continuous improvements in the factory. Take an active role in reporting on maintenance.
