The factory is split into two departments which include the process side and packaging side. Due to a retirement, they are looking to add a maintenance team leader to the team. This role is hands on looking after a small team on shift with extra duties involved.  There are progression routes to get to team leader/supervisor and Maintenance Manager. The current Engineering Manager has been with the company for six years and worked his way up. Some of the machines you will be working on include: pumps, valves, heat exchangers, mixers, conveyors, robots (ABB/Kawasaki), sealers, box machines, packaging machines and much more.
