ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER Job Title: Engineering Team Leader Location: Banbury Salary: Up to £58,000 Shift: Monday - Friday - Earlies / Lates / Nights Job Role of the Engineering Team Leader. Working on a Monday - Friday - earlies / lates / nights role, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site. Sector - Automotive Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Leader Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or automation environment.
