The role will be responsible for a 4 man team and cover the sites machinery maintenance.Responsibilities and Duties Maintenance Team Leader Lead the shift maintenance teamReport out on shift maintenance team activitiesEnsure team works to high standards of health and safety to meet or exceed legislative requirements and company standardsDeputise for Shift Manager if they are not on siteEnsure shift team are following reporting protocols and carrying out maintenance reporting through CMMS systemEnsure shift team are filling out Major Breakdown Reports as requiredLead completion of TPM/PPM activitiesConstantly monitor each stage of the process.Ensure correct spare parts are identified and fitted to operate safelyRectify all stoppages/malfunctions, escalating for support when appropriateEnsure that the team always follow the site PPE policy. Essential experience and qualifications Maintenance Team Leader ONC level 3 diploma in relevant field of engineering but HNC in Engineering preferredSiemens S7 PLC trainingFanuc Robot TrainingYou will need a good working knowledge of PLC s and all associated controlled automated equipment and be a competent in fault diagnosis on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Fault diagnosis and repairsMost of the plant will contain HMI display screens.
