This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities or maintenance professional to lead a multi-skilled team responsible for maintaining a large and varied estate. Working closely with the Estates and Facilities Manager, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinate planned and reactive repairs, support site improvement projects, manage contractors, and ensure the site remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of maintenance and grounds staff.Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across the estate.Support refurbishment, repair, and facilities improvement projects.Manage contractor activity and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Oversee essential site safety checks and maintenance schedules.Deputise for the Estates and Facilities Manager as required.About YouPrevious experience in facilities, estates, maintenance, or property management.Experience supervising or managing teams.Good understanding of Health and Safety compliance.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Relevant building, maintenance, or facilities qualification preferred.Full UK Driving Licence ..... full job details .....
