Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader for their site in Sheffield. Working hours - 4 on 4 off (days and nights)Salary - £53,000Benefits:Up to 7% PensionEmployee assistance programmeEye careThis is hands-on role leading a team of 2 Maintenance EngineersResponsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader will include:Supervise and lead the maintenance teamPlan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance and repairsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.We are keen to speak with Maintenance Team Leaders with the following:Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.Either electrical or mechanically biased Time served multi-skilled engineer, working within the manufacturing industryStrong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.Experience with digital maintenance planning softwareExposure to the SQCPD (or equivalent) modelEffective communication and interpersonal skillsApply now or to discuss this Maintenance Team Leader role, please contact Beth Roberts or Jake Shaw.
