This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maximising equipment availability, ensuring high standards of health and safety, and guiding a skilled maintenance team to support production targets and deliver excellent service.  Key Responsibilities Lead and schedule your team to meet daily and strategic maintenance objectives.Act as the High Voltage Senior Appointed Person (training provided).Drive improvements in equipment reliability, maintainability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Manage contractors, ensure HandS compliance, and uphold risk assessment standards.Support cost control and optimise use of materials and external services.Lead and contribute to CI initiatives and support capital project developments.
