Maintenance Surveyor / Estimator / Quantity SurveyorLocation: SheppertonSalary: Competitive Salary + BenefitsThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor, Estimator, or Quantity Surveyor to join a growing property services team delivering repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across social housing portfolios.The successful candidate will play a key role in surveying properties, pricing works, managing repairs, and supporting the successful delivery of maintenance projects. This position would suit someone with a strong background in social housing, local authority, or housing association environments who understands the commercial and operational aspects of property maintenance.Key Responsibilities Undertake property inspections and condition surveys. Assess repair requirements and prepare schedules of works. Estimate and price maintenance, refurbishment, and repair projects. Produce cost plans, quotations, and reports. Monitor project costs and ensure works are delivered within budget. Liaise with contractors, residents, and stakeholders throughout project delivery. Conduct pre and post-inspections of completed works. Assist with the management of responsive repairs, voids, and planned maintenance programmes. Ensure compliance with housing regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry standards.
