This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with strong diagnostic and surveying skills to play a key role in resolving damp, mould and general repairs issues across our housing stock. Working directly with residents, contractors and in-house repairs teams, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying the root cause of building defects, specifying remedial works, raising repair orders and carrying out post-inspections to ensure works are completed to the required standard.
